SeaServ is a B2B SaaS platform built for the luxury yachting industry to streamline onboard operations and improve collaboration between yacht owners, captains, and crew members. The platform centralizes key operational workflows—including crew management, guest services, and yacht administration—into a unified digital ecosystem, reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency.
Project Execution
As a Product Engineer, I worked closely with stakeholders, designers, and the development team to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and scalable workflows. My role focused on bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
My responsibilities included:
- Conducting product discovery and requirement gathering sessions.
- Analyzing business processes and defining functional requirements.
- Creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Designing user flows and mapping end-to-end system workflows.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers to refine product experiences.
- Working with developers to clarify requirements and resolve implementation queries.
- Identifying edge cases and validating business logic before development.
- Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Project Results
SeaServ delivered a centralized platform that streamlined yacht operations by digitizing critical workflows and improving collaboration between onboard crews and guests. The project established a scalable foundation for future enhancements while reducing operational complexity and improving the overall user experience. Through effective product planning, detailed documentation, and continuous collaboration with design and engineering teams, the platform successfully aligned business requirements with technical execution.
